- Run the HANA SIZER for S/4.
- Document the Current Landscape. How Many Tiers. How Many Full Production Size Tiers.
- Are you Running B/W? If so, Document the Current Landscape. Get a HANA Sizing (Same note will work).
- Gather Your SAP Contracts Together. Is there any Software no Longer Used? Take an Inventory. Do the Metrics Look Current?
- Document any key 3rd Party Software.
- Document Current SLA’s for Availability, RTO and RPO.
