What IT Processes Change with RISE?

At a High Level, any Activity that Touches Client 000 is Owned by SAP.  

Backup / Recovery / Disaster Recovery are all Owned by SAP.

Any Installation of new Products is Owned by SAP (the Exception to this is 3rd Party Software that installs via a Transport).

Any Start / Stop of Systems is Owned by SAP

The Process for These Activities will Change from the Customer Point of View.
