- It Reads the Security Table and Determines WHAT a User has Access to Utilize.
- Based on WHAT a User CAN do, it Determines the Type and Computes the FUE Requirement.
- It does NOT Look at any Transaction Logs to see WHAT a User has Actually Executed.
This Drives us to have a CLEAN UP of Users in the Security Table.
- All Those Users with Access to Perform all the Finance Transactions, but Don’t use them will be Very Expensive.
- All Those Users that Left the Company but are Still in the User Table with No Expiration Date? Get Counted.
